Curve Hospitality originated when our two founders opened the doors in 2009 with a vision of greater customer service in mind. Building long term client relationships was a cornerstone of their business model. With their knowledge of the hospitality industry, they quickly recognized the importance of customer retention for a strong foundation and future growth. Today, our team consists of past hotel owners, operators, interior designers, technicians, procurement specialists, project managers and customer service representatives. With such vast expertise, we are able to not only assist clients but also find solutions quickly. Our owners are still involved day to day, addressing issues first hand directly with clients, and also providing resources and additional support to maintain client relationships.
Our commitment to excellence goes beyond providing quality furnishings. Our in-house Design Team utilizes their expertise to gather accurate and detailed information to create each property’s individualized design. We manufacture/procure FF&E both locally and globally to meet every client’s quality and budget needs. We have in place stringent Quality Assurance Guidelines for every factory and meet regularly with them to ensure the highest level of standards are met.
We take great effort in delivering quality products within our client’s project timeline. An integral part of that is constant communication from our Curve Team to keep our clients up to date on deliveries. Inevitably, if things go amiss from time to time, we take responsibility and commit to making things right for our client. It’s honest business and our clients can count on us throughout their project cycle and beyond.
