We take a comprehensive approach to design conceptualization by incorporating the client’s vision and the surrounding competitive landscape. This involves developing a mood board that effectively captures the aesthetic and ambiance of the property, while also integrating the brand’s design directives. We also consider various factors such as local history and regional influence, as well as determining the target audience.

Moreover, in the design concept phase, we take into account space constraints, architectural features, and the owner’s personal preferences. This ensures that all essential aspects are relayed and incorporated into the design plan, resulting in a cohesive and thoughtful final product.


In this phase, the design concept is transformed into conceptual layouts, which are developed based on the client’s vision and actual floor plans. More detailed design boards are created to showcase possible selections for finishes or furniture, and elevations of block renderings are generated to depict the spatial relationships of interior elements.

Furthermore, features and highlights are carefully developed by drawing upon the initial mood boards to ensure that the conceptual design is accurately represented in reality. This meticulous approach ensures that all design elements are fully explored and thoughtfully integrated into the final product.




Upon completion of the due diligence in proper design development drawings, we proceed to utilize actual space-planning methodologies to produce a fully-detailed set of tagged plans. These plans include elevations and floor plans of both public and guestroom areas, as well as dimensioned details of key components such as custom furniture units.

It may be necessary to further explain and explore these details to ensure that the existing conditions or architectural CDs align with the interior design elements being proposed. This process guarantees that all design elements are accurately represented and implemented in the final product.


Upon approval of the design concept and space planning, we proceed to create a specialized 3D rendering for your project. This comprehensive rendering showcases all design aspects, including finishes, furniture design, and accessories, to provide the client with a realistic visualization of the completed design.

This meticulous approach ensures that all design elements are accurately represented, and the client has a clear understanding of the final product.




In order to test the design in an actual space and ensure that the real-life application works properly and appears as expected, a model room is often created. This involves producing multiple options of an item for prototype testing as it may not always be clear which solution is best until it is tested in a real environment.

Ideally, the model room is installed on-site in the property. However, if the construction schedule does not permit it, the model room can also be installed off-site. Once the model is installed, the designer, brand, and ownership teams have an opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to the specifications or space plans before the project goes into mass production.

This approach ensures that all design elements are fully vetted and tested, resulting in a final product that meets or exceeds expectations.


Our dedicated Procurement Agent will serve as your liaison between our manufacturers and vendors, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish. Your assigned Procurement Agent will provide you with weekly ETA’s to help ensure a smooth delivery process, working closely with you and your contractor to meet your deadlines.

Throughout this stage of your project, your Procurement Agent will serve as your primary point of contact, readily available to answer any questions you may have. This personalized approach guarantees that all aspects of procurement are efficiently managed, resulting in timely and successful project completion.

Our team thoroughly inspects all components of the manufacturing process, including white body, finishes, mass production, and packaging and box labeling. The white body inspection focuses on measurements, materials used, and construction. The finishes inspection examines laminates, color codes, and hardware, while the mass production inspection examines the line for any deficiencies in high-volume production.

Additionally, our team ensures that our packaging and box labeling guidelines are met, safeguarding products during transit. By conducting rigorous Quality Control checks, we maintain our commitment to delivering high-quality products that meet and exceed industry standards.
